On the day of its debut, POCO provided the Kernel Source Codes for its Phoenix or POCO X2 models. You can now get the Indian/China/EU/Global ROM for the POCO X2 and Redmi K30 and flash it using TWRP or Fastboot.
The ROMs for the POCO X2 and Redmi K30 have been officially released by their respective developers. If you have TWRP custom recovery installed on your smartphone, you may flash it via a computer or directly from the device.
Keep in mind that only a few ROMs need the bootloader to be unlocked. Without it, you will be unable to flash any ROM other than the Global/Indian/China ROM on the POCO X2/Redmi K30. For a locked bootloader, you’ll need the fastboot ROM, which requires the MI Flasher utility to flash.

Flash Recovery ROM Instructions
